Manga version Batou. If you saw the TV series, you might have noticed that Batou wore a similar outfit in 2nd Gig for one episode in Europe. That was an homage to this.
Normally about $180USD, but the guy that Pinoy78 posted one page back has them for less than half of that.
EMS = love. USPS implementation of tracking EMS = not love. Just a few hours ago, it still said it was in Tokyo. Suddenly it was in Orlando.
I've had that happen alot recently. They're not keeping on the ball lately. I checked the status of a package that said was about to leave Tokyo Int'l one morning and when I got home later, the little 'missed ya!' card was in my mailbox ><
Exactly. It used to be better than this a few months ago. EVERY EMS package was perfectly tracked. Now, it's hard to get one that is at all.
Oops, sorry I missed this before. No, it was featured in the first season of SAC, in episode 2. It's made by the same company that manufactured the Tachikomas, hence the similarities.
That's why you shouldn't use the USPS tracking page. Notices Concerning EMS Track & Trace Service - Japan Post Japan EMS tracking Hongkong Post - Mail Tracking Hong Kong EMS tracking
Do those pages track the package after it enter the US? Either way, at that point, the USPS is responsible for updating the tracking info electronically, which they don't do well, which is why the system is flailing. I just checked the Japan Post page that HLJ supplied the link for with RAH Motoko, and it has the same info as the USPS site.
True, it IS reliant on being updated only when stuff is scanned, which for USPS is, well, usually when they get it, and when they hand it over to you, with nothing in between. At least it's not quite misleading as UPS, where there is the ILLUSION that your stuff is being scanned and tracked. Guess what? It isn't. UPS stuff is scanned as often as USPS is, they just update your tracking info according to the batch the package is SUPPOSEDLY in. I've had UPS declare a package as having arrived and being on a truck for delivery, only to discover after three days of it being "out for delivery" that it was actually three states away because someone had left it on a truck in Kentucky. Whoops! So then what becomes worse? Not knowing? Or being told a lie that's PROBABLY true, but could very well be wrong? I've learned long ago not to fret overmuch on tracking info until stuff starts going past the delivery date.
Wow.....I didn't realized you have to put it together. That does indeed look much bigger. Can't wait for you to post some pics.
Oh yeah, I don't disagree with you on any point. My only complaint is USPS is getting worse. That's crazy about UPS, though. Never knew that. I guess FedEx has the best tracking of all then. It has always been great for me.
