Hi everyone, it's Treadshot A1 here. I'm back with my latest Shapeways print, GFX-01 Triple Ruler. It's my first Triple Changer and probably my most complex robot to date. Triple Ruler is the basically the beginning of the end. Not of my design career, but of the first chapter of it. All this time i've been building up to the day when i can finally tackle the one character who's always eluded me in toy form. Building Triple Ruler is like a milestone, to say that i can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now that we've all had enough backstory for a couple of lifetimes, time to get onto the toy itself. Triple Ruler, as his name suggests, has three forms. Robot, Jet and Tank form. He features articulation at all the usual places, with ball jointed ankles, knees, hips, waist, double-jointed shoulders, elbows and a ball jointed neck. He's also got an upper arm swivel built in and his wrists can also move. So yeah, since this is my most complicated build ever, i made some videos demonstrating how it's built and how to transform it. These are my first videos, so any comments on how to make them better are appreciated. I'd get around to painting him, but i've got an exam tomorrow, so i better study. Do hope you guys like him.
