    I play DDR a few times a week. I enjoy the fact that not only is it fun, but I get exercise also.

    It is much more rewarding. I expect in the future that full motion control will be integrated with all consoles, so running for example would be accurately tracked and work with a created atmosphere that gives the player an experience that they could never achieve in reality. Like Olympic event based games.

    MoCap Boxing, DDR, and the Wii are a good step in that direction.

    Wii boxing is a hell of a workout if you do it right.

    Also, "deconditioned" for euphemism of the month.

    It sure is! I always break out in a sweat playing that. It's also the one opportunity the fiance and I have to beat the crap out of each other.

    DDR for the Wii will incorporate hand movements too...one game the g/f cant wait for (she moves DDR...she aint that great, but not bad either)
