NOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT MR. CONDUCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
seriously....i am on the verge of tears......he was so important to my childhood....
Sad news. He was awesome.
So sad to see Rufus pass away.
RIP. My dad loved him, I remember watching his specials together.
RUFUSSS!!!!! NOOOOOOO, man he was indeed awesome, may he rest in peace.
50 years in the business though. He had a good life.
that sucks, I was never into him until he came out in the Kevin Smith movies. He could always cuss up a storm and make it seem classy.
This is probably the first "celebrity death" where I actually shed some tears.
George Carlin was a huge part of my entertainment. His comedy helped me laugh during some very dark times in my life.
I'm so very thankful I had the chance to see him perform live a few years back.
He will be missed. His humor, although usually vulgar in taste, still brought joy and laughter to millions.
me too. I still have the ticket stub.
....You know your getting older when some of your childhood idols start passing away. Sad, he will be missed.
Comedian George Carlin dies at 71
RIP! He was a legend.

i think i will watch him on youtube and cry for a spell.
"Do you suppose they finally understood...that a man who can inspire laughter...and joy...is the holiest man of all?"
gonna miss ya, George. just tell god you were kidding, ok? i wanna listen to ya up close one day.
RIP he's one of the greatest comedians ever. He will be missed.
I still remember seeing him in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. That was the first time I had ever seen him. Like Predaking said, one of the greatest ever.
RIP , Mr. Carlin.
Just read the news myself..God damn. Really gonna miss him. After Stan Winston, and now George Carlin not long after, kinda hard news.
RIP George, and my prayers to his family, friends, and fans.
