Pretty much every store I go to that carries Generations has a Wheeljack hanging on the pegs. I remember when he was hard to find last year. It really is a great figure and mold. I wonder why he just sits there collecting dust?

I might see one or two of them at limited locations here. As with all figures it depends on YOUR area.

I think distribution has something to do with it, in the last three assortments I think there were like 2 Wheeljacks in every case. So it would make sense that there would be at least twice as many Wheeljacks around warming the pegs than any other Generations figure.

But it was what fans wanted all along! How can it shelfwarm! We all know that what the fandom wants = what all buyers want! Because we fans know how to sell toys better than that silly company!

Kup's the bigger shelfwarmer where I am.

Wheeljack... is a Christmas-colored car on the shelves at the same time as a toyline that was almost entirely cars that children actually recognized (DotM). Given the choice, chances are the kids would go for the car of a character they recognize, rather than the stocky guy with wrenches.

Generations Wheeljack and Thundercracker were the first figures I bought for my son that wasn't Cyberverse. I had so much fun playing with them myself, I decided to make the transition to deluxe/voyager and finish our Cyberverse collection. I love the Wheeljack figure.

In October my local Walmart STILL had 2 WFC Soundwaves left over from last April & 2 WFC Cliffjumpers that had been there since June or July. Then a few Kups and 2 Thundercrackers joined them, right after I had payed $35 on Ebay for Kup+ igear heads and I didn't feel I could spend the $12 on Tcracker right then.(who I also REALLY wanted) By the time November rolled around EVERYTHING Generations started going like crazy while the movie stuff stayed fairly level. (I'm sure it moved quick too, probibly just more of it to put on the shelf) We had Warpaths, and Wheeljacks, and Kups, and Thundercrackers rolling in and out of here like crazy till the 2nd week of January. Hell we even had Junkheap and that last Decipticon Hasbro made whos name escapes me at least twice when they where hard to find.

But since then our genartions self has been completely empty, I just lucked out and found a Wheeljack under some other toys on the baby toys isl. I REALLY wish I could've picked up a few more of those figures, but I just didn't feel like I had the cash at the time. Dislocated worker, full time student with a wife and a soon to be 2 year old, you guys know how it is.

I ordered him from TFSource back in the day. I thought I would never see it on the shelf. Now, everywhere I go, there he is.

I only ever saw one Kup and one Wheeljack. Bought both on sight. Never saw them again.

Thank god. They recognized the fan's desire and overproduced him.

Could you imagine if he was under-produced. Everyone would be freaking the F out. One day they will all sell out and this shelf warmer will be sought after. Same applies to Kup.

Yeah. I hoard wheeljacks because of how awesome it is and for peg warming.
They were just a couple assortments that packed him, and the fans already have theirs.
Skyshadow and Junkheap had wheeljacks in the case. So did Scourge and thundercrackers assortments.

My walmart is starting to come down with about 5 of them at 9.00 I'll scoop them up if it drops lower.

I saw a bunch of em at Target last month, but I have a feeling he'll end up like Cluffjumper/Mirage/Ratchet and the rest after a while. He's far too impt a cast member to shelfwarm that long :p
