Sigh..don't have money to pay for Warpath right now. He's the last classics figure I need too until they release the next classics line.

Oh nice, Wheeljack, Thundercracker, and Warpath.

Seeing as I have no interest in DOTM figures, and I'm almost sure I will never see these Gen. figures at retail..... I don't mind the extra cost.

    I still need:
    Wreck Gar
    Jazz
    Tracks
    Perceptor
    Lugnut
    Windcharger
Rumble & Frenzy United (maybe, if I can find a decent price)

I really liked a lot of the current Gen' RTS figures..... but hate that they have been so impossible to find. I'm just sick of searching and waiting....so it's time to bite the bullet and just get'em.

Considering how hard he still is to find for most of us, 25 bucks is a steal.

In other news it looks like they shipped ut my Wheeljack, so that's awesome.

I still love BBTS's justification for the price on WP:

A fine bit of reasoning, that.

It's reasonable. They have a case of figures where there is one that is in higher demand than the others. Like, I got the 3 peice set and that comes out to just under $17 each. So if you buy more of the less desired figures... they can sell the higher valued figure for less.

All of their prices are actually pretty good IMO, considering what Ebay is going for.

That sucks. I couldn't find it locally, but got it from HTS shipped for quite a bit less than that.

I'm just not fond of that Wheeljack. It may never come but I'll wait and see if one I like better comes down the pike.

Maybe a wheeljack in a different line? I just do not see them making another g1 update for a long long long time.

It's the necessity that gets me. We have to do this! We can't sell it for less!

Of course they can sell it for Hasbro's MSRP.

Yet, if they sold things at retail price they would go out of buisness in no time. BBTS is catering to a niche market.... they aren't Walmart with a wide range of products to absorb costs. B&M stores don't give a crap about the tiny amount of money they make off a small number of toys like Generations. Hence why they don't bother to get stock. But, BBTS does.... if they have to charge more in order to cover their cost... shouldn't that be acceptable?

I mean, it's a matter of buisness that they really are forced into a possition of chargering more for certain items. If you think the price is higher than what you value the item at.... I can completely understand. But, I think they really are selling at their lowest acceptable price at any given momment.
