Do you guys feel like the QC for the Generations line is MUCH better than the HFTD line? I received my Terradive, Hailstorm and Tomahawk today and I am really disappointed in Terradive. Terradive has a really cool design, but the quality of the toy is so bad. During transformation, the toy kept falling apart.

On the other hand, WFC figures, drift and darkmount have great qualities.

    What do you guys think?

All seems pretty hit or miss to me regardless of the line.

QC in general has gone downhill quite a bit.

I have some figures from both lines that are perfect. I have some from both lines that needed some super glue to not be floppy messes.

I think both lines are suffering from bad quality control issues. My WFC Soundwave, Terradive, and Darkmount are all suffering from limbs falling off. It seems like the PCC line has gotten the worst of it, though. Almost every 5-pack I buy just falls apart in combined mode. I hope they do better quality checks for the third TF movie toy line.

    ahahaha good joke there!

movie toys are a pain in the ass, i love them, but they aren't fun at all, they look cool on a shelf though

give me a classic toy anyday

and my drift and thrust are solid, haven't any HFTD yet

    I totally agree with you.

I buy transformers so I can transform them. I don't want to spend half of the time connecting loose limbs. I think the generations line does a great job on designing the toys, most of the figures are really solid.
