I am currently planning to modify my ROTF Thrust by giving it the original wings. I actually plan on buying the G1 reissue as it fits perfectly but its price on ebay is way more expensive then the newer Generations Thrust. Is the wing size and span different between Generations Thrust and the G1 reissue?

You want to give your ROTF Thrust the wings from the G1 or Generations toy? Why?

I've got both, I'll line up G1 Thrust's wings with the Gen toy and post a pic when I get home later, if that's any help. :)

The reissue G1 Thrust may be expensive, but if you only want it for kitbashing, you can buy a vintage one for cheap. I got one from ebay for $1.99 (Plus about $5 shipping, of course) once and the only problems were the landing gear was missing and the stickers were really messed up. Reprolabels took care of that though.

It might be worth checking ebay or our very own Junkion for just the wings too.

Hell, I've got a G1 Thrust for sale and I'm willing to part it out.

Hit me up with what you need and what you're willing to pay (range).

I've posted in the want ads, but I'm also looking for the G1 reissue Thrust and Ramjet as well in case any of you are selling them!

    Why not?

I'm doing the same to ROTF Dirge. I was gonna make him a Movie Thrust... now he's gonna be a made-up character.

    Check my sig.

Aren't the G1 wings HUGE in comparison to the new seekers?

Not too bad size wise - but I don't see it as an improvement over the wings he already has.

I think this will look cool if you pull it off. Can't wait to see the end results.

Most TFs have undersized wings compared to the fuselage. Good idea.

Reissue Thrust is worth probably at least $150 if not a whole lot more (like 2 x as much) MIB. That is if you can even find one. I think you'd be better off finding a junker.
