Currently a work in progress of mine. I'm repainting this KO Vortex into a Land Shark because screw it.
I've been doing a lot of carving and knifework by hand as I don't have a rotary tool and I can't be bothered to head to Bunnings and pick one up soooo...

Anyway, here it is so far. I'll keep you updated with new pictures as I'm working along.
Body is a KO Combiner Wars Vortex. Beast arms are from a broken KO Activators Starscream, and the beast feet/robot forearms are from a KO Cybertron Flattop that I was customising into a scout-size Soundwave but that plan fell through because I suck.

I'm using KOs as fodder since the things are ubiquitous and WAY cheaper than using all Hastak stuff :p

This should be interesting. Do you have an intentions on finishing the Seacons?

This is something I didn’t know I wanted to see until now. Looks promising
Now that we have the terrorcons it can be a lot easier.

Really though if Wave 2 ever shows up where I live I'd totally use one of them for like Skalor or something.

Here in Australia wave 2 is as elusive as the partner to an odd sock

Update: Since I'm working with KOs, one of the screw posts snapped off. I'm trying to find a way to replace it solidly enough and I'm experimenting using some Gunpla sprues.

you could try using pvc cleener and glue alot of transformer toys ues pvc plastics and it will repair it veary good . the way it works is it melts the pvc back together as well as the exsess glue will give it some more soport. only draw back is that you would need to let the glued part sit a day to harden

You think Tamiya cement would work? Tamiya cement also melts plastics apparently.
