I really don't see a reason why this fig needs an upgrade kit.

Gotta agree, I don't see where this is a needed improvement over the current design. I don't even see where there's anything even wrong with the current figure anyways! I love my generations blurr.

I love the weapons and the shield, but that head needs some work. It's too much G1 mixed with armada, but not with enough G1. Hopefully they get it more towards like the cybertron blurr released head.

 

Its meh the only good things may be the gun and the shield but the head is just stupid

 

as others have said a this fig really does not need extras. Maybe if they did a reshell kit similar to the CJ kit to set him apart from Drift

 

Looks cool, but it would have to be $20 max for me to consider to buy it.

There's the G1 head and the IDW head this mold was based off of. Is there another major head this upgrade kit is supposed to evoke?

Frankly I don't see much G1 or IDW in that head (although a bigger, clearer picture would help).

I actually LIKE the IDW design. I never got the repaint because I didn't feel like it came close enough to the design.

 

I like what this kit adds, but the figure itself sucks. I think I'd rather wait for a new-mold Blurr than upgrade the kibble-mess we have now.

 

Head is too fat. It's more of a degrade kit like this.
