Strongly inspired by Nemesis Predaking's Blitzwing, my Blitzwing was made from a junker Classics Ramjet and features pieces from a junker Movie 07 Deluxe Brawl. I even modded a G1 Blitzwing saber for him to carry. Sadly, his articulation is limited and he does some heavy parts-forming. A lot of the tank pieces are attached via earth magnets which is why his jet mode consists heavily of removing the tank parts. And of course, the tank mode is rather compromised. That said, I am still highly satisfied with the way he's turned out. This was probably my most difficult custom yet.

that's pretty sweet. but i would like to say you do have room for improvement with your painting skills. gotta get the purple covering better in some spots. i've actually had a similar issue with a custom using purple before. and from the looks of it, i think we used the same purple

ECR, this is a very original idea. I like it! Just needs a little bit of tweaking with the paint and I would call it Hasbro material!

Truley awesome. I give you credit, I've made a few of mods of my own but haven't had the guts to post, since they're mostly just straight repaints. Great use of the movie Brawl parts as well.

It looks good. I agree, your painting could use improvement. Take your time and use light, even coats. It will look so much better. Aside from that, Nice work.

I think Blitzwing's color scheme is one of the most important parts about him.

Yeah, the shade of purple I used is a little difficult to get even. Probably needs some more coats.

I think Hasbro's come to the point where they can avoid the partsforming.

Some times, it takes some guts to post your work. But then, one of the reasons why one posts their work here in the first place is to get feedback on their work.
