What's there to know? What color they were repainted into? Nah, just messin' with ya...

Sorry, but I don't know of any. Hasbro's official site should have a toy checklist, although I'm not sure how accurate. Unicron.com should have something similar, along with pics.

Seibertron.com has G2 commercials. I like the rap ones... very classy.

The episodes themselves were just G1 episodes with a "cosmic cube" as an intro. I don't know of any place you can download them really. Maybe bittorrent, but I'm not familiar with the program or the episodes availability.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

    Here you go:

The site was hacked a fair while ago, but it seems to be back up. Not much (if anything) on the cartoon, but as that was just a rehash of G1 with some godawful CG thrown in, you're not missing much.

The only big deal about G2 was the very dark comic from marvel.

Some hate it, some love it.

Don't get too excited though because it ends abruptly after 12 issues, with very little resolution. And no subsequent company has picked up where it left off.

G2 brought us some pretty butt-kicking toys, and laid the groundwork for all that good stuff we take for granted in Beast Wars thru Cybertron (not to mention bitch like hell when a mid-bicep swivel joint is missing :)  )

The dreaded CyberNet Space Cube... good god, what an awful idea... "Let's make an annoying cube, split screen a few chopped up scenes, do fake wide screening for no reason at all, and give it the most irritating sound effect ever and play it over and over and over and over and over and over and...

True, but then if it wasn't for G2, Laser Rod Optimus Prime (one of the best Prime moulds ever designed) wouldn't exist. I'd say that it was worth it ;)

Except for the BW cartoon. :)

And if you stop and think about it, wasn't BW taken as
background for the Dreamwave G1 continuity? If it was,
you could say that was a continuation of G2 as well...
that is, if logic has anything to do with TF continuity,
    which it fortunately does not!

Why did Gen 2 Grimlock have more rank than Gen 2 Optimus Prime? Loved the Gen 2 line. Ashamed to admit at the time I thought I was too old to be collecting it though. If I could go back in time and slap myself I would.

Well I was kinda reffering to the Liege Maximo and the super Decepticons out there. (wait, Liege Maximo wat that the main badguy? No that was Jihaxus, or was it Straxus? Damn I'm rusty)

Nope, DW were using BW but making their OWN backstory to fit it, which was EXPLICITLY NOT including G2.
