Hay, I found a Gen 13 animated movie on you tube

Apparently the same guy who directed Batman directed it: Mask of the phantasm

The voice of Grunge is flea from red hot chilli peppers and
and if you pay close attention you’ll notice another familiar voice

Heh, I've seen this before. It's uh...not very good, but kind of entertaining.

And Flea is absolutely atrocious in this.

It's not bad, it was to come out way back in the late 90's.(during the height of their popularity) It was decently premarketed, they were planning an animated comic adaptation. Heck they even got Mark Hamil to voice one of the baddies. It was professionally animated and was done by buenvista. BUt then Wildstorm was sold to DC and they yanked it off the market a few months before it was to come out. We will never see it actually released, because it's disney and they never release anything they can't claim full responsiblity for. Bootlegs is the ONLY way to get it.

Actually, as an owner of an authentic copy (was legally distributed in Australia)
i have to disagree with you :)

VHS copies WHERE released in australia, but ANY, and ALL DVD ISSUES OF THIS ARE BOOTLEG.

Back in the day i was the biggest Gen13/ j.s.campbell fan you'd ever meet, and i paid 3 digits to get this movie oh so long ago.

Too bad it wasn't done in more of a J. Scott Campbell style.

also, considering alex garner was the unsung hero behind the inks of 99% of campbells work, he deserves some credit to.

i rather like the animation style, done by the same house that did the WB batman series, but the movie was just too dumbed down to be enjoyable.

asper all the reviews ever, i only got this because of fanboy tendancies, and bragging rights of owning an original
