Actually they BOTH are... they have very similar personalities. The main difference is that Huffer really MEANS it, while Gears just complains about everything as a reverse-psychology means of cheering up others. Gears is the lovable grump, while Huffer is just a depressed jerk. zmog
Haha! I'm not sure how clever it is. With the deco as it is, it was practically punching me in the face and screaming "I LOOK LIKE GEARS!!!" zmog
Interesting... it works quite well for either Brawn or Gears... although it'd be kinda weird to have either being significantly larger than most of his fellow Autobots. Still, very cool for such little work.
I agree. When I did this, I kind of saw him fitting in more with Alt/MP sized figures... definitely way too big to hang out with Deluxes. zmog
Great point! He'd fit great with Alternators and MPs. In fact, I'm sure the Ironman Humvee is a good deal larger than my Alt Lambor, so it's roughly to scale.
Ha ha, that was Huffer who said that, though, wasn't it? In any event, great idea Smog, looks just like him
The Crossovers Hummer is almost the same size as most Alternators, but definitely not in scale, considering how HUGE Hummers really are. But yeah... if you're not a scale-fanatic it still sort of fits in, especially when you consider how the original Minibots had more squashed cartoonish proportions than the regular Autobots. zmog
You're right! Yeah, I guess it's easy to miss the 2 grumps up. I remember now, didn't Huffer's bio say that he will complain something can't be built, then go and build it anyway? zmog
He looks about right in size next to Alternators, but the style is obviously different. He's much more blocky and simple, while the Alternators have all that extra detail... I don't have any pictures handy unfortunately. I find MP01 to be too large to really go with that stuff, personally. I love him, but in my collection, he pretty much stands alone (or at least opposite MP Megs). zmog
