Hello ladies an gentlemen, today I am very proud to present a GCI original product, G1 Style Cannons for MP Wheeljack. These cannons are designed by TFWs very own ATP Designs and will be produced in black resin by Froggy.

These will be a The Chosen Prime exclusive (which means free preorders and free shipping at $150 plus all the other nice bonuses that come with ordering from TCP) and the prototypes will be on display at his booth at TFcon Chicago.

The cannons will attach to Jacks connector ports on his shoulders and will swivel up and down. They will also include a connector to attach them in alt mode! The pegs are the same as the MP Lambo's, which means they can use them too

Jack's Cannons release date is set to December 15 and will retail for $39.99 for a pair and the "wing" clip.

Guild of Concoctionous Intent - Jack Cannons

Update 10-6-14 received the prototypes, more pics to come

Can someone explain what these are exactly? I have MP Lambor and waiting for my MP Wheeljack. Where does this wing plug in, and is it for bot and alt mode, or is the wing meant only for Alt mode? Sorry for the newb questions....

The cannons plug into the slots that all the cannons plug into the Lambors, Wheeljack has the same slot.

The wing is intended to mount in alt mode and is a way for the cannons to store when he is a car.

The proto's are on their way to me, and I should have updated pics in a week and a half which should better show everything off.

Just turn the head around. The back of his Masterpiece head looks like his G1 toy head :)

    You know... mostly.

Here is a rough pictorial of the attachments. Both shoulders plug just like the G1 toy. The wing can stay in the back/roof at all times. This allows the Cannons and the stock gun to be always plugged in somewhere whether in bot mode or alt mode. The example below is MP-20 but will also work on the Lambo brothers with the same principal. Hope that helps!

My first impression was to pass, but now I may need it just for alt mode.

With a mounting peg that short the tilting mechanism will be mostly useless, there will be very little if any peg left in the socket when aimed up.

This image shows full range of motion with the built in "stop". At worst case with the cannon all the way up the peg will have to come out of the peg hole 0.027". The entire peg length is 0.215", which means there will still be 0.188" of the peg in the hole... so yeh I think we got this covered.

If adjustments are needed when the test shots arrive, we will take the appropriate actions.

    Thanks for your concern though.

Only vaguely. Especially with the big divot cut out of his chin, and the screw hole in his forehead. I think for quite a few of us that care (myself very much included) it really doesn't cut it.

So yes, if you do an accurate G1 head you'll very, very, very much have my money (which you might anyhow).

Not necessarily interested in the product, but I gotta say, The Guild of Concoctionous Intent is probably the most metal name any third party Transformer company has.

Now that Hasbro is actively supporting more and more third-party accessories through Shapeways (although I admit that it's still a work-in-progress), this seems quite redundant.

this is cool for those of you that want toy accuracy.. but it's cartoon accuracy for me all the way. the show is what made the toys we love into the characters we love. so, i can see both side. but i'm glad that takara is more set on show/real vehicle accuracy than toy accuracy. if i wanted toy accuracy, i'd get the toy lol. *which would be difficult in wheeljack's case.

I don't feel that launchers for a figure should be half the cost of that figure's imported price. I will wait to see what other options come available.

Neat! GCI sounds like a villainous organization from The Venture Bros. :lol
