Just finished these three up last week. Garboil's from Energon Divebomb and Howlback's from Armada Cheetor. I wasn't going to originally do anything with the minicon, but I decided to do just a little paint work and decided to name him Hot Wheel. They can really fit into either the Classics-verse or the Dawn of Futures Past story. In the Classics-verse, they'd pretty much just be upgraded versions of themselves like Overkill. In the DFP story, I'd have them working for Razorclaw and spying on the Tripredacus Council for him. But in either continuity, Hot Wheel's leading the way (yes, I named him that just to use that line).

 

thats an awesome job there. great paint job, too. it must have taken a lot of time to make him.

 

actually, garboil was a breeze to get done, except when i ran out of the purple paint right before i was gonna do that portion of his legs/wings. howlback took a little while because i hand paint and i'm not always so steady and had to go back over her back and crotch pieces a few times. oh, and the rockets on howlback were the worst part. i had to grind them down numerous times to stop the paint from peeling off as soon as i moved them

 

Cool. I like seeing shoutouts to obscure characters like these two.

You know, I once had an idea for a fanfic update of Howlback based off this mold. It looks good (so does Garboil).

Garboil looks the best out of the two. Cheetor looks nice i just dont like the mold.
