In any case..

The graphics are a severe disapointment. Look how low-poly the truck is, BB is holding. Very poor.

Hopefully the gameplay makes up for it.

I know it's not finished yet but I like what I see so far.

I bet they just fall down and die, or fly around when you explode them.

Nothing too gorey I hope.

Wow. Barricade continues to be the single most awesome looking transformer in history. Here's hoping he doesnt die.

No need to worry about civilians and such, the developers have already come out and said that they have not implimented that part of it, since it's not finished. There'll be plenty of people running about, just like in Crackdown.

The graphics look great (those pics are from the PC build). They're not the best in the world, but they look as good as any other sandbox game, and once it's finished and has everything implimented it's sure to look even better.

I'm not seeing any of the "size" issues that somebody commented about. They look the right size to me. Bumblebee is only like 15 feet tall, that's NOT that big....

The sky looks really good....and it's obvious that the lighting effects from these shots are not finished, as it looks significantly different than the xbox360/ps3 build picture that we saw earlier. Looks like the lighting reflections and stuff haven't even been applied to those shots.

LOVE swindle. I still want to know what kind of car he turns into. And the destroyed buildings in the background look cool.

I'll definitely pick this up for 360, and if the PSP and DS versions end up being any good I'll get them too.

I hope they can make the controls actaully work for Wii, this game could be a huge seller for that system just because the Wii doesn't have this kind of game yet and the license has a lot of power.

Transformers Crackdown for the 360

 

Looks pretty cool to me so far.
I also read it somewhere that the developers were working closely with Nintendo as far as the Wii goes...so that the controls can be taken advantage of/used to the extreme as far as game play....

*cant wait to play it on my Wii*

 

If the game turns out like Crackdown with Transformers i would be very happy.

Hey did anyone notice that in the scene where Bumblebee is fighting the "Swindle" bot it looks like he's blaster just like the toy gun.

 

Gotta love how BB looks like he's putting all he's got into swinging that lamp post. Looks like he's about to hit a home run and Barricade's metal skull is the ball.

To put it bluntly, I could give a rat's ass about graphics as long as the game play is good. If I can send a 'con face first through a wall, switch to car mode, jam on the gas and pound him in deeper then I'll be one happy fan. Some of my favorite games have 'lower' end graphics, but cause the game play delivers they're more then enough to keep me hooked.

I just hope this turns out to be a smooth, well played out, fun game cause I *really* wanna trash a city as a giant transforming robot.

Edit: Also, surprised this wasn't mentioned before. That pic where he's fighting Swindle, there's two Swindles there. Go go Decepticlones go!

Can't wait to get this for Wii, DS both versions and maybe the PSP version.

 

Textures are usually one of the last things to be completed before shipping.

Several more shots for the Wii btw. Look at the bus. Oh and the size of the fence is apparently HUGGING HUGE.   lol.
