I have been hunting for my GS2 to sell it for a while now, found my disc but not my memory card, I can't remember anymore do you have to have an exact matching disc and memory card? even if I have to spend like 15 bucks to buy a memory card I can sell both for a decent amount on Ebay.


Anyone remember off hand?

Yes, that I do know, I am asking if the GS memory card has to be the exact same version as the disc or if they are interchangeable.

 

I believe it does have to be the matching disc and shark. I have had multiple versions and tried to use one disc with the other to no avail.

Wow, didn't know people paid for these things on ebay. Not sure if I still have mine or just threw them away.

 

Only thing I can recommend is matching the versions. I.e: Version 3.1 gameshark with 3.1 disc. That's about all you can do.

 

Same as the UK action replay (not max) the mem card acted as a dongle. Yes.... dongle. Great word.
