Tried finding the official HAULS thread and couldn't. Then again with this score, I guess it deserves it's own thread.

Yesterday I scored the Botcon exclusive boxset. So what's the big deal?

I got it for $90 canadian, that would be the final price, no shipping no taxes no nothing.

Am I bragging? For sure I am, this feels like stumbling upon a garage sale or flea market and finding hardcore figures at deep discount prices.

I haven't had a chance to admire them completely but one thing I can say is the box is freakin huge.

That's all for now, I'll try to get some pics when I return from the long weekend.

HAve a good weekend one and all and to my Canadian brothers and sisters, Happy civic long weekend.

    Thanx

That would be harsh. Like the boneheads who were buying empty Xbox 360 boxes on eBay.

I do recall seeing a ton of empty boxes on ebay for under $100. I hope he didn't buy one thinking it was the whole set.

we may never see him again... if you ever are wandering the backalleys of a strange city and see a crazed hobo living in a games of deception box pretending to play with a thundercracker that doesnt exist... you'll know who it is.

So... let's hear more about the smoking deal!

I'm placing my vote for the cardboard only purchase.

this thread: "PSP, aren't I enticing in the major upset I might produce?"

PSP: "I'll see you on Monday".

I think knightsword seems right though, he makes it sound like he's got em already, maybe locally from someone who got in a car crash last week and suffered some brain-damage or robbed them from someone but ripped his pants running away and lost a wallet with $90 in it or something...

I did not get just the box. I have the set in hand, opened it. Saw the instructions and the profile cards. There is even a certificate of authenticity in a folder.

I got it by totally legit means and to the guy who thinks the person who sold it to me is retarded. Websters dictionary will explain fully what a FRIEND is.

I'm just trying to share my joy as to getting the final three seekers and at a price fractions lower than the botcon price.

I boast again...I AM ONE OF THE ONES WHO GOT A GAMES OF DECEPTION BOXSET(not the box only)

    Thanx

Cool, congrats, but you gotta understand the skepticism, even friends usually wouldn't buy something and give it to a friend for LESS than what they paid, especially if he had went to all the trouble of going to the con and transporting that big box, it almost seems mean not to at least give him his money back.
