Apple - iPod touch - Gallery - TV Ads

Snail Mail, one of the games i work on at my job at Sandlot Games is featured in the newest iPod touch commercial!!! it's 2nd from last in the flipping sequence, right at the end (right before the drum kit and 'more fun'), blink and you'll miss it, but super awesome exposure!!!

first time anything i've been involved with has gotten national television exposure as far as i know!

it's a third person racer/platformer (kinda sonic maybe?)
it's actually too hard for me, but i'm not a hardcore* gamer at all (ironic, eh!)

    but it's a great buy for $2!!! <--shameless:D

    here's a review
    IGN: Snail Mail Review

we actually won an award from IGN too! 500

    * as in, i don't play games all the time.

really, i NEED to get a touch, so i can keep up on this stuff better!

    thanks! :p

i redid all the menu and UI stuff (i'm a graphic designer) from the PC version for iPhone ~ i also did the new soft keyboard, which is probably a dumb thing to be proud of, but i was really stoked on how it came out! :p

I textured crappy furniture, street signs, and alley junk on the spiderman game, so no job on a game is not worth being proud of. :)

I believe IGN really praised the game, and it looks sweet. The Snail Mail, not the crappy Spiderman game, heheh

    edit: Yup http://wireless.ign.com/articles/938/938071p1.html
