Hey, A comic store here has some TF reissues at a reasonable price. I'm about to get a TFC Hot Rod and a second transformer, either a Purple Galvatron or E-Hobby Twincast. I know they are both big figures with almost no poseability, but I can't decide which to get. So which do you guys think I should get with Hod Rod?

    Galvatron I think.
He's not teh greatest toy in the world but he's still pretty decent. And it kind of fits with hot rod since both of them were key characters in the movie

Yeah, if you're getting Hot Rod, gotta get Galvy to go with him.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. Especially with his voice,

    "Desuturon Gundam, TRAN-SU-FO-MU!"

Awesome, and he comes with mad bling too.

Agreed. The sound effects, extra bling, and cartoon-inspired deco are all great.

And Galvatron is actually extremely articulated =P. He's one of the most articulated G1 toys there is. Unfortunately he just can't get into poses to show it off.
