id start posting in the canadian forums as you wont get very clear responses from the states members. because that figure has been on clearance for a long time here and if i wasnt observant and realize you werent from the states i would advise against it, therefore creating confusion
Depends on how patient you are and if you want to pay that shipping. But if you don't have one of the two Leader-Sized Optimus toys from Cybertron/GF, you should definitely pick one up one way or another.
Galaxy Force Optimus? As far as i know, he's called "Galaxy Convoy" in GalaxyForce. What type is this?, img please
It's the Cybertron Optimus repaint in darker red and black-ish colors. And I agree with Renidragon, if you don't have the mold at all, GET IT. It's one of the best Primes ever. I prefer the original myself, but that one will be hard as hell to find at retail now.
Galaxy Force Optimus Prime is the black and red repaint of Cybertron Prime that appeared near the end of the line.
First, second, and third pics here: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=galaxy+force+optimus&gbv=2 He's a beautiful repaint of a terrific mold. Highly recommended, and I actually prefer it to the original.
Galaxy Force Optimus Prime Poho, I totally understand your situation! I've been wondering about the same question too! My GF bought me the Costco exclusive Optimus Prime & Wing Saber; however, I haven't been able to force myself to open it since it's so rare now! It also costs $ 69.99 Cdn in Vancouver, BC, Canada at Toys R US as well. I've been waiting for it to go on sale, but it does not seem to be happening! I tried to buy it on-line from E-Bay a few times, but was either out-bid or the seller was a "flipper". I call E-Bayers who buy and sell collector items to make a profit, "flippers". They absolutely do not have a passion for collector items and just wanna make a fast buck. As for your question, you should buy it right away if there are few Galaxy Optimus Primes in Fredericton, NB. Hey, that reminds me. I used to have a roommate that collected old hockey cards who was from Moncton, NB! If you have time, you should do what I do... wait for a sale at Toys R US for attempt to buy one on-line at E-Bay. Unfortunately, many sellers do not ship to Canada. Renidragon is correct. Shipping is a very important factor for Canadian bidders on E-Bay. Bumble Prime is correct. You should have posted this question in the Canadian forum, but since this thread is going, I'll throw my 2 cents worth. We Canadian TF collectors face different obstacles than our American counterparts. Hopefully, I can get Galaxy Prime soon too! RedOktobre
