This pleases me, as what's a Decepticon army if it doesn't have the overwhelming aerial advantage?

Also, I can't help but be comparing the fact car and jet vehicons share similar robot modes in the same way the G1 Autobot clones Fastlane and Cloudraker did. I may need to recreate them in Prime form, now...

Very dissapointed that Darkness Megatron is not a weaponizer/leader class. So far scale is apparently not a priority for this line. What happened to the days when you could expect a leader Optimus Prime and a leader Megatron as standard components to any new line. Even Megatron's First Edition is a deluxe.

Bumblebee gets a bigger toy than Unicron and Megatron so far???? Stupid. It's almost as if leader class figures are not made to 'go with' the rest of a line anymore. They're designed like masterpiece figures, sort of in their own category.

Then again, it's early in the development of this line. I still suspect that the next 2 weaponizer's to be announced will be Megatron and.....?

 

Not sure about the Unicron.

 

I guess even if it is, as long as it looks ok, I may still go with it. Vehicon army is a vehicon army!

Okay, why is "Uni-earth" worth of a figure. Chin-former fans were begging for Omega Supreme figure when Animated was out. And that Omega looked pretty darn good for a Chin-fromer.

And then there FOC's Metroplex! That's definitely more worthy.

So BBTS has a better pic up of the Jet Vehicon - it's a retool, but definitely a more extensive retool than we first thought.

The whole front/side of the car appears to have been redone - the bumper is different, no rearview mirrors, the angles aren't quite the same, and the spoiler's been changed into ailerons.

Not at 4,200 yen it isn't. Deluxes have an MSRP of 2,100 yen while Voyagers 4,200 yen.

 

The Aerial Vehicon looks real nice.
