Grrrrr! A few weeks ago, bcm77 sold me his Music Label Soundwave and I've been trying ever since to get him the right accessories to play music. I bought a used 1GB MiniSD card, which I confirmed is working on Soundwave because it can play the MP3 files already stored on the card. However for the life of me, I can't get the card to interface with my laptop. I have tried THREE different multi-card readers and not a single one can detect the card. The readers can detect the larger SD card, but not the MiniSD card. Like I said, the card is 100% working, so I know that's not the issue. I just can't figure out what to do to change the files. Any help? :(

Hmm, that's a new one on me. it sounds like a computer problem rather than a fault with the memory card

My sister had a similar problem with an SD card she bought. Her laptop wouldn't detect it, but once I'd formatted it on my computer it worked fine for her. Technology is weird like that.

Hmm, does our PC even register a card in your SD card slot? It could be the sd card readers aren't mini sd compatible physically. Are you using an adaptor? Try using a mini sd to sd card adaptor and try that.

What I use is a micro SD and adapters for mini SD and normal SD. I'd suggest that if you can't get what you're using to work.
