    G2/Machine Wars Starscream Reborn...

I wanted to give him a new Cybertronian body design, so I opted for my spare titanium Scourge. I really liked the mold, so I opted to make it more menacing by adding the X-wing configuration and sculpting a more interesting face(kinda makes him look like an executioner :D  ).
    well, here he is:

It doesn't say Starscream to me, but none the less this is an awesome custom! The fin on the head is faintly reminiscent of Armada Skywarp.

I have to say that's a bad ass custom man, but yea, definitely not starscream. However, this is your custom, and if you say starscream, then starscream it shall be.

    Thanks mates!
I based him on this G2 version of Screamer:
Figured before he opted the above shell, his spark infiltrated a "lost sweep". Then and he customized it to suite his needs. Later, going by the name Blackstar, he quickly rose up the Deception ranks using his raw skill, but this time, instead of gloating his victories, he kept silent, only saying the occasional reply if it were necessary. Once he came across the shell that you see in the above pic, he upgraded again.

hope that helps to explain my train of thought... :)

That's actually a pretty simple but mod you did with the vehicle mode. The addition of those fins really changes it and it looks pretty menacing.

I dig the back story how Starscream's spark took over a "lost Sweep" and eventually becoming Machine Wars afterwards. Very cool.

Aye, thanks mate, I wanted a sweep, but it had to be different, not just a repaint.

Aye, I always lumped Machine Wars with G2...It just seemed right I guess.

Yeah, I wasn't too clear on the dividing point of G1-G2-MW(especially G2 to MW, just figured it was an extension of G2, like Beat Wars to Beast Machines eras).

Thanks mate, I always try to have a back-story to most if not all my ideas, just helps me out when designing or formulating concepts.

Thanks, but you are giving me way too much credit, the weak paint job is covering up many of the flaws of the work, but I really do appreciate the praise. So thanks again :)

    Thanks everyone!
BTW I corrected the Thread title to include Machine Wars as per better accuracy.

Thanks. I never caught the face armour to be Cthulhu-esque, but now that you have mentioned it, I can kinda see it... Perhaps the Dark One has been reaching into my sub-consciousness... LOL.
