I have a G2 Laser Prime who is a little on the wobbly side.

He seems to have two main issues:

The top part of his legs, which pull out of his lower legs, do not stay in place very well and like to slide back into the lower legs.

    His waist joint is loose.

I am a total newbie to Transformers repairs - the furthest I have gone so far is putting clear nail varnish on loose ball joints - and would appreciate any advice.

    THanks in advance.

    Hi dragonfall5,

I had the same problem with the waist/hips being looses on my G2 Prime. The cause seems to be the plastic wearing out on the ratchet type joints on the legs and the plastic nub on the plate inside the waist. I managed to sort mine out by opening up his waist and putting a small amount of folded paper behind the plate with the nub on it, forcing it slightly closer to the ratchets. Best thing about this is that it is completely reversable and easy to do.

Hope this helps you out and if you need any help with it just ask.

I haven't had the legs apart on mine since they are fine so I can't help you with that part of your problem though.
