Beast wars 2 had the G2 characters in it? Wish it would get a DVD release in the US or UK. Or has it?

    NO.

BW II had characters unique to that series. Alot of the molds were from other lines. For instance, the mold that was originally designed as G2 Megatron for us americans, was repainted (slightly) and released in BWII (with fewer accessories) as an entirely different character altogether called Megastorm. The G1 trypticon mold was used to, as an updated form for megastorm called Gigastorm. Read the wiki article listed in the above post, you'll better understand who's who and what's what.

To add to this the line used production toys we got in G2 as well as G2 toys that were never released, For example there was a G2 set of Autorollers (APC & Jet) never released but were part of the line in different colors, Also they got little bit different version of the unreleased G2 Megatron ATB (re-color Dreadwing) Crazy line kind of like BW II meets G3 lol.......

Yes, Beast Wars Second was made up of pretty much every single non show Maximal and Predacon from the first two years and one new mold for the Maximals, VS a new mold, some G2 repaints, a couple of Machine Wars repaints, Trypticon, and eventually the Cyber Beasts for the Predacons.

(Gross oversimplification I know, but you get the idea)

OT the Cyber Beasts are some of the most fantastic designs in the line, they're very much forerunners of the Transmetal 2 series.

The shows are pretty kiddie but were pretty interesting. I like the Gigastorm retool of Trypticon but there was very little difference in Megastorm to G2 Megs.

    Better yet...
    Megastorm - Transformers Wiki
With images of his character model and a manga image of Gigastorm sitting on a couch drinking some delicious energon coffee!

As for the video, it looks like one in a series of poorly edited together clips from G1 and Beast Wars II with some poor dubbing done over.
