I wanted to take another opportunity to thank OptimusTimelord for all that he's shared here. Also, if you're jumping into this thread and you want a more truncated version of this thread, head on over to Tutorials, as I've taken what OPL has shared with us and split it into 7 different tutorials: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/tutorials-how-tos/201900-table-contents-post7127206.html
Beautiful, just wow! Thank you so much! Is it possible for you to make an image of FFOD #4 where the Constructions survey the city in the morning, before pulling the switch and the city transforms into Trypticon? I love that city landscape!! I would really appreciate it!
No probs! I guess you mean this? Although why Long Haul is coloured like that is anyone's guess! Cheers
I just downloaded a few of these to test for a new shelf background I want to make. Thanks OTL! And, I think I used one of your images a while ago before I knew this thread existed for another one of my shelves. I've posted these pics before but figure I'll share here too: I'm upgrading the Cybertron scene in all those pics with some printouts I've had for a while but never used and contemplating if I should spend the money to do a complete rehaul for that and the new background I'm making by having them professionally printed on one big piece of foamboard that I can fold into the shelf. Would be more seamless but I'm thinking I'm happy as is and should save the money for more figures instead. Anyways, thanks OTL! Your gifs are amazing and these backgrounds you made for them are a true asset to the community.
Unless someone else has specially designed something (which wouldn't be too difficult, just some black lines in various directions) I don't have anything usable from the toon. Because shots showing the floor tend to have perspective and reflections etc, whereas you'd need images without all that stuff for it to work as tiles.
Reviving this thread because I had a special request to do the Autobot line-up from MTMTE part 3. It's a fast pan so some of the middle frames weren't very clear and needed tidying up, but here's the full panoramic...
This is a piece of BG I recently worked on. Since it's for my ReAnimated series, I've tweaked some things from the original (mainly a bit of blur to give the illusion of depth)...
