That looks great! Better than the last few Megatrons I've seen from Hasbro!

Very nice work. Love the paint work you've put on him. Your pictures look great too.....love the one with him holding Prime up by his head.

Awesome work! This mold really works well for Megs.

I would recommend setting the fusion cannon on his shoulder instead of the arm, though. It may not be G1 accurate but the arms are huge as is. The added bulk of the fusion cannon makes the proportions look very awkward.

"Herculean" is not the same as "simian". This Hulk mold is like a cartoon gorilla, and I'm saying Megatron should not be wider than he is tall, that's all. Grimlock (which has been done with his mold before as well) is a more logical choice.

To be fair, part of the Bayformer and TFA aesthetic is to give almost ALL TFs exaggerated ape-like proportions. Many of the ROTF line have especially long arms, short torsos and tiny legs, and the wide-shoulders/tiny legs style is almost universal across Animated.

But as an interpretation of Megatron, this is very cool, and the paint work and photos go a long way to convincing me. Also, I've seen people do Megatron from this mold before, but this one is absolutely my favourite.

Well written reply, astute observation. I'd dig it. Let's set our differences in opinion aside then; we can all basically agree this custom is as impressive as they come. :)

Sweet! This is what megatron should look like! Brute power and raw fury by the tonage!

The silver paint is particularly nice.

WOW! While I'm not a big fan of the huge hands on Megatron, this looks REALLY GREAT! The concept is great and the paints are amazing! Well done!
