Why is scamper's gun so hard to find? Or when you do find one for sale they want from $ 18 to $22. Being such a small part were these esay to lose and that is why the prices are so high i have looked on ebay the other parts for metroplex are cheap.

I think it's all nonsence. A loose complete Metroplex is worth 80 dollars at most IMO

If Sixgun and Scamper their guns are worth 18 to 20 bucks the rest would be worth 40 to 45 dollars. I've never seen a nice Metroplex without those 2 little shibby guns go for 45 dollars.

So if you realy want to buy one or 2 of those little guns, just buy a Metroplex (complete, or incomplete) with the little gun. Take the gun and sell the rest. Maybe the gun(s) wil cost you 5 to 10 bucks. If you're lucky you'll end up paying nothing for the little gun(s)

If not for the $10+ in shipping he'd have to eat, not a bad idea.

For anyone out there who owns Metrotitan, Metrodash and Metrogun use the same weapons as Scamper and Sixgun respectively. Also, I noticed something on the larger of the two rifles (Sixgun's). It is as such:

1st Edition Metroplex (w/rubber tires) - Inside of gun is blank
    2nd Edition Metroplex (w/plastic tires) - Inside of gun has a '2'
3rd Edition Metroplex (Metrotitan) - Inside of gun has a '3'

Is that number an identifying mark on the mold to inform that it is a second or third run production? If I didnt sell the 2nd Edition Id take a pic of all three guns. I knew I should have done that when I noticed those numbers...

I don't understand why people even worry about tiny little guns like those - I just pretend they don't exist and happiness ensues.

I've put together a near-complete Metroplex over the last few years; in total I'd say it's cost me about $25. It still needs Reprolabels and Scamper's gun, but nontheless I'm happy with it :)

Consider how big the figures were, Metroplex, Fortress Maximus, means a lot less numbers were produced than, say, Sideswipe or Hot Rod. So aside from just easily being lost, far less of the little guns their extra bots came with were produced than Sideswipe's gun or Hot Rod's fin.

I'd like to do that with the Trypticon I got last month but he really needs his ramps and the Brunt tank at least.

Trypticon NEEDS his accessories for base mode. His base mode makes all the difference with those little silver accessories. Im still missing one radar dish and Fulltilt's rifle, but Im cool for now. City mode looks fine with one radar dish and the single-turret flanking it. Brunt and the ramps are the easiest parts to get. It's that damn little rifle thats a paint in the ass. But since we're in *this* thread, we already know that.

I agree, I got one for my Gigastorm to complete him. Brunt isn't really expendable like a 1/4 inch long handgun, though. I'd like the ramps, but I can live without them. As for the guns and radar, I just use other parts from different TFs instead.

If you need the light up tower/turret for Brunt, I have an extra.

I agree with Megamoonman, little guns that get lost are no big deal. Especially if the figure can in any way handle an upgrade to an even bigger weapon!

Thanks d00d! Patience, careful eBay watching and a few little trades with friends got me almost all of him; the most expensive part was Scamper, who I picked up at Botcon 04 for $10 with no arms. Odd to think that one tiny gun could end up almost doubling his cost... ;)
