Can someone help me understand why one auction went for so little and another for much more?

Is one a fake or something? I'd like to buy one, but I don't want to get a fake, and I don't want to spend $200 on one. Transformerland is selling one for $200 on his site, and I am wondering if that is overpriced or not.

    Ebay:
missing the lens makes it not be able to turn into a complete alt mode, that could be why for the one, the other with the dark pic makes it hard to see whether it says microx or reflector and has no description, the other is incomplete, and the missiles are hard to find if missing

first one is missing the len, although i doubt the len itself would cost $50. It's also missing the rubsign, usually means the toy has been well played with...
