Always wanted one of these and lets face it... these things are expensive. That and Im a basher, so this is way more fun! This started out as a Reissue Magnus. Add a little Krylon Silver, Krylon Red Pepper/Saftey Red, Krylon True Blue [ATT]14079[/ATT] [ATT]14080[/ATT] [ATT]14081[/ATT] [ATT]14082[/ATT] [ATT]14083[/ATT] [ATT]14084[/ATT] [ATT]14086[/ATT] [ATT]14085[/ATT]
Pretty tasty work - and a great way of pretending you have a rare figure! Except of course, it really is rare, as in one-of-a-kind... Ignore me. It's brilliant.

YUM. One of my favorite toys is Powered Convoy. I have been planning for years to make one myself. I had an extra G1 Magnus I was going to use for it until I traded it to vector (along with some other things) for the Alt Magnus he made for me. Considering the price of Powered Convoy toys (original and/or reissue), I'll still be going down this route as well. Everything on this piece looks great.
Super good work man! I agree with your theory here. If you can't buy it paint it and it actually feels better doing it yourself anyway! Cheers!
Wow I am impressed great job! just too see how good your job is compare it to a real one. I think you deserve high five and then some. One thing that would help it out a bit is to extend the helmet horns you can see the difference in the pics of a powered convoy. I have a reissue magnus I am thinking about doing this too. http://flickr.com/photos/28716664@N03/2862275773/ (head shot up close) http://flickr.com/photos/28716664@N03/2863107452/ (powered convoy)
