I was thinking about getting G1 Optimus off of eBay but no decently priced ones have trailers.
Can anyone tell me if the Powermaster trailer looks good with 1984 Optimus, and if they can combine in anyway?
    Pictures would be nice.

Get the takara reissue version, do not get the g1 hasbro version pm
    1. No die cast on the truck cab
    2. The plastic is not as durable as takara one. My G1 plastic broke within a year.
    3. Big fist is retractable for Takara but not for hasbro g1 version.

And to asnwer you, G1 prime cannot combine wiht PM trailer.

The original Prime can't haul the Powermaster trailer. '84 Optimus has a peg that plugs into a hole on the trailer while the Powermaster trailer has a peg that plugs into a hole on Powermaster Optimus. You'd be trying to attach two pegs to each other.

You may want to look for a reissue Optimus. That's likely to be cheaper.

You canN fold up G1 Prime and put him in the trailer for super robot mode.

    Ebay:
    1. Both Takara and Hasbro G1 Primes have diecast
    2. Simply not true
    3. See #2

Your answer to his question, however, is correct.

    Ebay:
i think he was talking about powermaster prime and god ginrai
so 1 would be true, 2 would be debatable, and 3 would be true as well

If you get a G1 PM Prime, be sure to watch the trailer hitch's peg. It's common for it to break - as mine certainly has. You do have to wait a bit to get a good one if you're lookin' on ebay.
