Well, I for one needed a good laugh. Literally! Trick or treat! *settles down* In all fairness, that helmet looks good.
I'm guessing the mask has no back and is probably pretty thin plastic. The proportions are more "Animated" than G1

Um, no. The funny thing about this is that most people who would want to wear this aren't as trim as the guy in the picture. I'm just saying. It's bad enough that we are for the most part grown men and women playing with kids' toys. We don't need to dress the part, too.
That's what I was thinking. The head looks awesome! If the final product is decent, might have to pick it up and make a child size version for my son! Plus I'd put some clear blue plastic and cover up those optics!
Transformers Optimus Prime Super Deluxe Adult Costume - Costumes It's priced at $100 compared to 3 of the movie version adult costumes each at $50 or less. Now I'm thinking with the increased price the helmet might have a back, the cost could be based on the stuffed appendages though.
Helmet will be nice for my TF collection. That BayFormers Prime one has been getting far too much store exposure. The rest kinda just looks like Popeye at Halloween with those huge forearms (yes, yes, G1 TF are soooo blocky. We know...). Helmet is probably one of those open-backed ones, a bit like the Cyberman play helmets. Not that I'd wear it. Well, maybe once.
