I bought an Omega Supreme complete w/box off of ebay last year.

The claw part of the rocket will not engage onto either arm. The spring loaded button works, and nothing seems to be broken. I even took it apart and compared it to the other part of the rocket (which works), and found they are similar.
Even measured the distance inside of each, from the outside of the rocket, to the inside of the pin, both are the same.

    Anyone know what's up?

Anyways, I dont own the mold but is there any screws you could tighten on the claw arm?

All the screws are tight. One thing I noticed, is that it doesn't seem to be going far enough onto the arm to engage the little slot. There are no obsructions inside the claw arm.

When you push in the claw, was the push button facing the chest side?
I have two omega, and one of them is a little bit loose on the claw arm, it will snap on, but also doesn't require too much force to take it off.

If you're asking if the button lines up with the slot, yes
Later, I'll try to take a very short video to show you. If not, I'll post a pic.

I know this is 10 years old, but I had the same problem with mine. Take the claw apart by removing the four screws. There is a long tab that sticks out of one side of the claw. This tab stops the arm from sliding further in when you put the arm on. You need to take a file and remove just a little of both tops of the tab. This lets the arm slide further into the claw and to lock in place.

Thanks for the tip. I have the Encore reissue of Omega and don't seem to have this issue with it.
