I'm curious: where are all those G1 Nightbeats coming from? They don't appear to be KOs, but somehow, a huge stash survived MISB. Is he any good to begin with? It is worth picking up to pose alongside the TF Club version?

I remeber back before I was fully aware of what transformer was which I found a nightbeat at a fleamarket for 50 cents, at first glance i thought it was a cheap knockoff toy, his colouring is really awfull and the toy is pretty much a brick, very bland toy even for his time, however he is a particularlly cool charecter so that kinda offsets the blandness of the toy, if you're going for one of the jr autobot headmasters i'd say go for hosehead or siren instead I think they had much better colour schemes (or just go for the original 4 headmasters instead)

The figure itself isn't very exciting but he's always been cool in the comics.

I like him displayed with the other Headmaster Jrs.
Although I prefer the color scheme of Minerva.
