    They don't come with the combiner parts needed.

    I own these three toys, and love them, even though they are largley rubbish :D  They do still combine, but lack the larger fists that clip onto Gripper's arms, the chest plate and gestalt head, as well as the 'feet'. Frankly, they look crap as a gestalt, so its no wonder Hasbro UK left out those parts when they sold the figures in Europe.

    It's been speculated that the missing 'Rescue force' members and the lack of combiners parts in the Motorvators can be put down to missing molds.

    I love the Motorvators and their garish colors. I think they hold their own without the Road Caeser pieces.

    I have the Japanese version and that makes sense, since all the missing parts are the same base plastic color.

    A bunch of years ago, there was a KO set of the Road Ceasar toy that came with all of the combiner parts. I snagged a set of that to use with my loose set of Motorvators...
    Used to have a picture on my Geocities site, but only seems that a thumbnail remains:

    I had that KO but once I got the real one, I sold it.

    ^ He looks decent! ::D
    Just imagine if the Motorvators did combine into Road-Caesar with the original parts! :lol
