I just don't know...Sunstreaker, Wheeljack, & Mirage I felt were a must because we know they won't ever be done officially. I'm not sure what molds Takara still have. How do we know these KOs woun't be done officially later? It's a gamble for me....I will skip this, get Encore Sky Lynx, then wait for SS & WJ.

True but Takara will be doing the "Encore" style boxing right? I wouldn't mind it but I think if its less money for the KO and the box is to be like the original I may pick it up. I've never gone into collecting G1 since a lot of the molds were gone and stuff, but now perhaps I may have to lol

Well, there has never been a KO with working electronic lights, sounds or motion. There was talk of Shockwave, but nothing solid yet as far as a release.

I'm assuming that you prefer the KO packaging because it's not in Japanese?

Plastic wheeled Metroplex is a good sign that there will be a Metrotitan. I owned all three versions of Metro (sold the plastic wheels), and Titan uses the 2nd version body. Meaning plastic wheels.

I highly doubt this company is going to make the rubber-wheel/chrome legs version of Metro. Also, I wonder... do the rifles work? My Metrotitan has some bitchin springs in his guns that send those plastic missiles straight for your eye from across the room.

    Good stuff.

Seems pricey for a knock off tho. Isn't this coming in at $100 or just over?

I got an original Metroplex 100% complete on Ebay for £30 including P&P. I know that ain't an every day occrance but still, a bit pricey for a knock off.

Still, if it floats your candle, more power to ye.

Interested in this also, but I'll wait for the review before purchasing.....

Has anybody here gotten one off Ebay or elsewhere yet? If so, give some info on your impressions of quality, etc :thumb

    MIB but not FRESH/NEW.
When I purchased many of the new Hasbro Commemorative Autobots a few years back, they were absolutely awesome. The fresh smell of the rubber tires and new plastic!........ Hell, I was trasported back in time 16 years :drunk

If the experience with this KO Metroplex is the same (not counting the rubber tire smell, just newness)........ Count me in on buying one!!!
