It's only logical he blame us all. We can't grasp the problem on his end and he's fed up. On our side of it, it looks pretty damn ******ed.

LISTEN CAREFULLY. You don't need to read anything. You don't need to highlight anything. You don't even need to attempt to do anything. There is only one button press needed. Like we all have told you before, when the menu screen comes up, JUST PRESS PLAY ON YOUR REMOTE. The selection for "play all" is already highlighted when that screen comes up. That's it. Afterwards have a party.

 

I really like the set and the presentation of the box and other gooides is fantastic. I don't have the Rhino versions to compare to, but if I remember correctly the animation and sound were cleaned up a bit. The picture certainly seems to look nicer and it has the original recordings without the stuff (sound effects) Rhino added. It's very much worth the $50 or so dollars for the entire run of G1 and the movie.

 

Thanks for the advice, I'll prolly pick it up now. I usually buy subbed anime via import, but wasn't too sure about doing it with an NA series like TFs. But that DVD packaging, combined with the entire NA G1 series is just too much to pass up.

First, there are lots of options on my Transformers menu. I don't know about yours. There is not a play all, play, giddy up button on my remote, and latly, I am not blaming you.

 

Oh my fucking god...you all must think I am all ******ed. It turns out, the DVD I was playing was the FIRST DVD with all of the deleted scened and crap, and not the first first season one with the autobot head and the four choices...so I was finally able to figure it out. Go ahead, call me ******ed. Sorry.

It's a wicked set. I got mine, because the UK equivalent was 4 times the price of the chinese set (including shipping) and really ugly in comparison.

 

Yeah, this is pretty cool. one question, what is the first disk?

 

To be honest, I haven't a clue.

The ability to understand spoken Chinese would probably be more helpful on that one.

But hey, I bought it to see the complete series (many episodes I missed as a kid), and my five year old son thinks it's the best thing ever!

 

Yeah, that was the problem, until I found out the 2nd disk thing.

 

The rest of the disks should be labeled (Disk 1, etc.) in English. Note that the movie is on the last disk, after Rebirth. So if you are going to watch them in order you will have to go to this disk after the end of season 2, then back to season 3.

 

The best part is that it isn't subbed or dubbed. It's in English. You actually have to go out your way to change it to Chinese.

 

Mine always starts with the Chinese subtitles on. I have to turn them off each time I play any of these DVDs.

 

I just got this set in the mail yesterday. Pretty nice stuff. They even stole the Bonus menu from Rhino. I love having all of these episodes in one neat package for cheap.

It's strange that you have to select a language. Mine simply play in English without doing anything. Must have something to do with different DVD players and how they read the disc options.
