I always wondered how come they couldnt make the Dinobots into a combining team?? I mean they would be stronger into a combiner. And if they would to be a combining team what would be the name? Like the Constructicons is Devastator?

I've never read the comic he featured in, but there was a Dinobot combiner. And, in my opinion, looking at the result makes me glad they never did combine in the G1 cartoon.

 

They couldn't make them a combiner team because the toys were not combiners and the toys came first.

 

Man that is amasing but his face is like shit but we could of had him in the 84 G1

 

I certainly wouldn't object if a future version of the Dinobots are a combiner group, it would be cool if TF Prime did it somewhere down the line.

 

There's also Power Core Combiners' Grimstone.

 

They are so powerful in their own right so I see no reason for them to have a combined form.
Then again I have usually preferd the subteams uncombined as individual robots.

 

Anyone remember the custom Frenzyrumble made? That's how it should be done!

 

I see the Dinobots as Klingon-like, in that combining (if they could) would be an admission that they were not strong enough to handle the situation as-is.

 

Cool, I like that.
