Other than the Targetmaster weapon, are the 2 bots and stickers the same? If not, what differences are there?

Stickerwise they should be the same. Reprolabels carries only one type for Cyclonus, Scourge, Blurr etc., Targetmaster or not.

Still nice to have both of them. Two is always better than one, imo. :p

As someone who ones both (kind of), I can tell you that the third major difference (other than the spaceship mode peg hole for Nightstick and the larger fist holes) is the fact that both were case in slighty different shades of purple plastic, so you can't just indiscriminately swap parts between the two without ending up with some kind of freakish checkerboard Cyclonus.

Also there is the 90's Chinese release, which is possible since a lot of the colors were a few shades off (i.e. Constructicons) I have a regular(non-blue eared) and TM Cyclonus that I have had since I was a kid and they look identical, so it might just be batches.

I'd have to check mine as well but the variations page cites different shades of purple. I know my non-TM Scourge has some sun damage on the wings that makes the TM look different.
