Just as a heads up to anyone looking for one, I found the Dremel Stylus kit on clearance at my local Walmart for $54. It's normally $69.97. It has variable power, cordless and has a 25-pc accessory set with it . It's probably a good choice for hacking TFs apart with. =)

that's a great deal! I highly recommend Dremel over any other generic or other brand rotary tools. Dremel has a patented chuck/lock, which usually sucks on other brands.

The stylus is nice, size-wise, but the battery doesn't last too long.

I suppose YMMV with that as well as the price. =)

That's the one that I have! Awesome deal, don't have any complaints and unless you have it on the max speed for like 4 hours straight the battery is good as well.

yeah, the lithium batteries are great, but I keep mine on the table while the charger is on the other side of the room.. so, when I need it to work is when my battery typically is dead. I guess I could plug it in the holster.

Yeah Whenever it is not in use I just pop it on the holster. I leave it plugged in right on the table. I hate when it starts to die cause I forget to plug it in, it starts to lock up or auto shut off on tough parts. :banghead:

yep. im constantly a victim to that :(  that's when I break out the non-Dremel tool (corded) and wish I had battery power on the Dremel. ;)

I got mine for even less than that at Walmart. There was a red reduced tag selling it for around $30 last year. Could've been an error, but that's how much I paid roughly.
