So we've gotten G1 accurate KOs of Seaspray, cassettes, Prime and now Swoop. Who do you think is next? Or who do you want to see next?

I'm hoping for a Shockwave KO, that would be fantastic. However, I would expect maybe Wheeljack, Mirage or Sunstreaker to be next.

Sunstreaker would be awesome. Failing that, something like Omega Supreme, or a good quality, correct colours Dezsaras...

As I do not forsee an official release, I'd love to see the remaining dinobots.

Nah, if you want a wishlist for KO's I'd go for something a little more crazy.

Personally I'd love to see a totally clear Transformers, preferably from the Masterpiece series, no colour, just crystal clear just so I could see everything working.

The rest of the Dino's, Mirage, Sunstreaker, Wheeljack, Shockwave, Reflector, Springer, Trailbreaker, any other G1 that all vintages have bad chrome wear and has not been reissued, Seaspray ( you said Seaspray, but it was actually Beachcomber that has already been KOed ), Gnaw, Cyclonus, Scourge, and Octane.

Well, apparently knock off swords are available for all 5 dinobots already.
So the other 4 may not be too far off.

I think they're going to play it fairly safe and go with toys that are well known in The U.S. I would guess potential candidates are Sunstreaker, Mirage Wheeljack, Trailbreaker, Ironhide , Ratchet, maybe Thrust and Ramjet.

Reflector!!! That's a GREAT idea. I've still never actually seen one of those in person (though I remember pawing the catalog longingly as a child), and a cheaper KO is probably the only way I'll ever own one.

And yeah, I'd be totally down with all those others you mentioned, too.

I know for a fact that the japanese dinosaur cassettes are being worked on right now.

Incidentally, you all mean bootlegs, not knockoffs.

Why do you tease us so?

Now, we'll get "When are the Japanese Dino cassettes being reissued?" in News and Rumors every week for the next three months.

What would be even better (but not expected) would be if the knockoff makers would return the molds (since the general theory is they've laid their hands on old 'official' mold tooling) to Takara and/or Hasbro.

See I'm kinda opposite to this. Decent Knock-offs don't affect the aftermarket price of the original figures (because they're stilll knock-offs after all), but they still allow those who want a version of the figure to get it. (obviously I'm not talking about the awful chinese devestator, protectabpot, arielbots, technomenasor sets).

The real trick is telling the differance between an original and a knock off.

Obviously, I'm thinking in a different vein than many of you... instead of KO G1 stuff, I think I'd love to see Classics Seeker KO figures... in like 1.5 or double scale!

It's just kind of a pet peeve that the Classics Starscream is so... tiny. Seems too small not only next to deluxe scale autobots from other series, but even his fellow Classics.

For that matter, I guess a double-scale Astrotrain and Grimlock would be cool too. Bumblebee can stay small though. :)

I was meaning more along the lines that a bootleg mold returned to Takara or Hasbro means an official reissue we might not've had before, especially if HasTak didn't have the molds in their own possession. But then, that's probably a pipe dream.

For me, it the remaining 1984 Autobots like Wheeljack, Sunstreaker and Mirage...and of course a better quality set of Constructicons.

I'm sure they've been mentioned already, but I'd love a Mirage, Sunstreaker, Trailbreaker, Wheeljack and a BLUE Bluestreak. The last one being the one I want the most.

That would mean the chances were greater, but not a gaurantee it would happen. They may just say, "Thanks" and then toss them into a warehouse and still not reissue them. Seeing as they don't seem to care to produce any more reissues.
