Future Ghosts strike back! (New Tom Clancy game in the werks)

    Yippie! Not only will will Splinter Cell Conviction come out on my birthday, but Ubisoft has another Ghost Recon game in development for this year!

    The new title is Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. My only guess is that the game is going to take a larger step into the future, where soldiers now have some crazy tech, like optic camouflage. I suppose this is taking a step away from the authenticety Tom Clancy games give themselves credit for, but I dont care. :D

    Looks awesome, and some how I just knew when I saw the trailer up on Live that you would be the one to make a thread here.:lol

    EDIT: Oh mai gawd, oh mai gawd! If that was the live action trailer I just saw it through an alternative site.

    Oh mai gawd! Oh mai gawd! Wow if that's a taste of the game's combat, WOW WEE!

    By the way, that whole "ultranationalists" thing, you might think it's copying Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but the very first Ghost Recon was about revolunataries bringing back the former USSR.

    I don't think it's a sequel as far as continuing with the same characters but just a game in the same series.

    That right there is why I haven't pulled the trigger in pre-ordering this game.

    All I can say is that this game better be well polished when it (eventually) comes out.

    FUCK! I ship out for basic training on March 20th. DAMNIT UBISOFT! I love you but... damn it!

    I'm still psyched for the game, Im totally sold on Tom Clancy games like... all the time!
