I got a PM from someone once (for whom english was not a first language) asking me to explain the use of "happy ending" as a double entendre. That was awkward.

Well it wasnt exactly an "email" ... it was a real letter all the way from Australia ...
It was some sort of "lucky-draw" lottery ...
I've had many of those in email form, yet never as an actual letter..
What a waste of paper :(

Eh, most of the strange emails I get end up in the spam folder upon my receiving them, and I normally delete whatever ends up in the spam folder without ever reading the messages.

Not sure if it counts as spam, but a few days after purchasing something from Amazon.com, I got an email about a bonus reward for my recent purchase. It was a free year subscription to Parenting Magazine...apparently they know something I don't!

Best one I've gotten this far was "Hey! Your clothes are upside-down". Can't get much more random then that :lol

Kind of funny, I have been getting these emails from people talking back and forth. Its all in Spanish so I have no idea what it says so I had a guy at work translate it. Basically someone in the family died and they are discussing what church to go to for services. And then they are giving out congratulations for graduating from some school of sorts. Got a new one today, gonna have to send them an email to let them know I am getting their private stuff. Should I send it in English or get someone who knows Spanish to translate for me?

I once got this email containing graphic pictures of aborted fetuses and cot death babies. I found their facial expressions pretty hilarious.

My spam filter is pretty accurate, but I just browsed through my spam/trash folder and found this:

"[><] The Sexy Rebel Bitch [><] has sent you a new wink!"

    Funniest one I found.

I get messages from DHL telling me there's a problem with something I ordered, when I never ordered anything at all. Or how my non-existent Facebook account needs it's password changed.

Amazon does that when you buy something at a certain price. It says so before you add to cart.

The funniest e-mail I ever got was a Nigerian scam involving a recent ex-President of the Philippines who was arrested and imprisoned for embezzlement. What made this hilarious was that the letter supposedly came from his wife...who's actually a member of my extended family. Talk about the wrong person to try and con... :lol

The runners up were two consecutive pieces of spam. The first was offering me hot oral sex and the second a free dental plan. How considerate. :lol
