Several moments in the Beast Wars episode, The Low Road. So many good lines and bits.

 

Basicaly, anything BW Inferno said.

"BAH! I don't need a weapon to destroy you, traitor! *Spasmatic phyco cry*"

Also, in Nemisis, where he pops out from behind the very thin tree. (even though he was perfectly hidden!)

And another funny molment (notmfunny 'haha", funny weird) After Inferno is owned by Rhinox in Aftermath, Megatron rushes over to him genuinly concernd. "Inferno!" "Royalty, you've come for me!" Even though he threw him around and stomped on him right afterwards. 

It's "Dare".

 

Don't remember the episodes off the top of my head, but I believe it was a break between a two parter that this scene framed. It was like an old western, set in a desert type setting with the Maximals and the Predacons squaring off against each other and that quasi-spaghetti-western music playing in the background. Just the way that scene is set up feels so epic, yet makes me laugh every time. Someone loved westerns and decided to show it in a BIG way there.

That's at the end of "Coming of the Fuzors, Part One" and the beginning of "Coming of the Fuzors, Part Two".

 

In my favorite episode :"microbots" when Frenzy tells starscream to hold that pose and then a huge sneak wraps himself around starscream.

To be fair he threw him out of the way of getting blasted by Rhinox's chainguns of doom, then jumped on him to carry him away when retreat was called.

 

It'd be even funnier if you imagine Samuel L Jackson suddenly appearing and shouting "Get that Mutha****in Snake off that Mutha****in Plane!"

TFTM, Me Grimlock kick butt.
Swoop, after he Spike and Carly get in a turbo cart on Cybertron, Spike," OOOHHH,"
Swoop, "Why you make nose" Spike, " can we go back, I left my stomach back there" Swoop," Me Swoop glad me no have stomach to leave back there" ( Something to that affect)

And same Ep, as he broke through the doors that where about to mash them,
Swoop,"Metal of good old days not so good"

And Brawn, in MTMTE, " You Decepticons like to fly so TAKE OFF! (kicks the crap out of one of the Seekers).

just about anything Brawn said was great.

 

Waspinator: "Waspinator has a headache in his whole body..."

Also in TFTM, after Unicron grabs his ass to get the Dinobots off of him, Grimlock says "Me Grimlock need new strategy!"
And in TFTM, When Hot Rod says "Doesn't this remind you of anything Kup?"

 

By far the funniest and most ridiculous moment for me was in the old G1 episode "Microbots"

In which Perceptor, Bumblebee and Brawn shrink in size and go into Megatron's body to retrieve the Heart of Cybertron and I forgot who it was who said it, but one of the guys pretty much says "Alright, we'll be okay just as long as he doesn't do anything sudden"
