I laughed the most at almost anything the twins did. My favorite parts with them include the ice cream truck breaking in half, with Skids sliding on the pavement and Mudflap hitting the wall and transforming. I also loved how they were giving Leo such a tough time, even calling out his name so they can harass him some more.  

My other favorite parts...

*Wheelie calling the dwarf a munchkin
*Jetfire flying to the fight, transforming, and crash-landing. I lol'd at that in the theater.  
*Bumblebee treating Alice like shit
*Soundwave calling Sam's mom; that was actually one of my favorite parts.

-The entire scene with Megatron and Starscream on that rooftop after the forrest battle.

 

OHHH! I know another funny moment:

Megatron calling Starscream after half his face was blown off.   Everyone laughed in the theatre when that occured.

My favorite part was when the kitchen bots are attacking and Sam's dad does a faceplant while running for cover

I just like the twins, its ironic how I like Jar-Jar from Star Wars, which every one hates, and I like the twins from ROTF which every one hates!
