We usually discuss our favorite figures, and I'd say that for all of us, how they look in either robot and/or vehicle mode is a very important thing among other preferences. There are figures that look great on both modes like ROTF Prime, and some whose only saving grace is one fantastic looking mode. What comes up less often though, is the fun to be had in the transformation. Sure, it's still common to read comments like "hey, not only does it look great, but it's a lot of fun fiddling with it!". Let's comment here on which figures amongst our collections are the most fun to transform, regardless of how they look. For me, I don't care about how much time it takes, but rather how every peg, tab and panel clicks and matches correctly without having to wrestle with the figure. There are some figures that pull this off perfectly, while others (like, say, ROTF Prime again) are fun, but some steps aren't too fun, with springs and panels that you already aligned jumping out of place and stuff like that. Now, on my favorite transformations! In my case, it can be as simple as Activators Bumblebee, as simple as they come (as Activators are meant to be) it's still a blast to convert him multiple times. Leader Starscream (HFTD) is also very satisfying, not overly complex but everything feels very nice and you never have to force anything. Other fun figures to transform that come to mind: - Animated Lugnut - Animated Grimlock - Animated Swindle - Animated Lockdown Mold - Animated Leader Megatron (simple, yet fun) - Animated Shockwave (this toy is an absolute joy) - Classics Seeker mold - Generations Drift (everyhting pegs together solid) - A lot of Power Core combiners Scouts - ROTF Ejector - ROTF Thrust (Breakaway Mold) - Sidearm Sideswipe (while the original ROTF SS was a bit boring to transform for me) - ROTF Bludgeon/ Banzaitron Those are some of mine, but let's hear about yours!
