Well that wasn't much paint...I do like the face though, although it would've been better with a yellow faceplate IMO
I can't wait, these look awesome. I wish Huffers arms were chrome, but It's not a big deal.
Huffer looks interesting and Seaspray's mouthplate would be alot better if it was yellow not only because of accuracy but also for a more vibrant face.
Still don't get how they can get Huffer so right, and seaspray so wrong. That massive gap between his shoulders and the white of his body, and how low his head is makes him look like a chubby hunchback.
If his body wasn't so damn thin in that area between his shoulders, he'd look okay.
and yeah, his face plate looks bad. the circles and the paint. and the way the eyes look.
... okay, yeah, other than his arms, everything above his stomach is just really bad.
I'm on the same boat of thinking Huffer's a lot better than Spray, but even Spray isn't too bad. They pumped a lot of articulation into figures that are around legends size, as well as detail, so I can't complain, especially at $15 shipped overseas.
perfection! my classics minibots are going to be very happy with their new friends
Those look bigger then Legend size.
I actually like the way Seaspray looks more than Huffer.
inb4 Transbot90210 comes in here and praises iGear for their cheap shipping
Yeah, I am so glad I pre-ordered Huffer. Though I'm still on the fence with Spray. I thought there was another company that also made their versions of these two guys too?
Maketoy. But instead of Huffer they did Powerglide.
Ah yes.....but wasn't their version of Seaspray better looking too? Or is it just me who thinks that?
*time to do a search*
The majority reaction was that Maketoy's didn't look as good.
Huffer looks sick as all hell. Ordered Seaspray as well, but he does look a little off. Can't wait till these start shipping.
I dunno....I kinda like how maketoy's sea spray looks after seeing that side by side comparison in the other thread.....
I was just thinking the same thing, or that dude must have some tiny hands.
If that guy's hand were to be the same size as mine and I judged size by that, I'd probably get Seaspray. But the other pics iGear posted seem to make them smaller.
These look cool! And they appear bigger than Legends size, unless my eyes deceive me (the dude's hand in the shot could just be very very small XD). If they're bordering on Scout-size or are similar in height to the Revoltech G1 figures, then I'm sold on the whole Minibot set! (And in before some troll starts cracking wise about Aiiii-gear, durhur, heh.)
Sorry if I got the sizing off. Outside of scout, I don't really collect smaller TFs.
i thought their seaspray looked amazing, but powerglide was iffy with the huge head and forehead screw
