    Hey guys,

After a few weeks of trial and error, I've gotten a great feel to making molds and custom heads. Rather than keeping them all for myself, I've decided to list them here, as I make them.

    New for 4.17.09

    painted version (sample)

"Motormaster" head, made from Energon Megatron, side "wings" removed and holes are filled, top is flattened down. It is for ultra and leader sized figures/customs. It has a flat bottom which can be hollowed out as the female part of a ball joint, or pegs with male ball joint. Painted version can be matte or gloss. Colors can be customized (for example "red visor" rather than blue)

Good luck with this F_R. Jazz looks great. The painted option is great. The world needs more heads.

Whats the head cast from? The Botcon set or the actionmaster? Or an original sculpt?

Great to see you giving people another awesome source for casts.

I may have to pick a few up at some point.

Any chance you're going to provide a Ricochet/Stepper version?

I'm wondering if this head will be too big for a Revoltech...

No idea. I don't think I even have a binaltech, but think...that's alternator size, right? I think it would be a bit too small.

    Might be too large.

for sure. Just added Motormaster. I have a bunch I am working on now.

I will get some measurements of each when I get a moment and post those in each description.

Binaltechs, are the same as alternator, one is made out of metal, that is it.
    Very nice cast!
    Good job, and good luck!

It's the Botcon '08 Jazz head. These look great--can't wait to see what else you offer. Also Mike, you should have the mods move this over to "Reproductions and Stickers" here for those who frequent that section looking for things like this.

Satomiblood - I got a cast of that head last summer (from Wheeljack over at S70) and I an honestly say it's too large for the revoltech Jazz you're working on, man.

That's cool. The Robot Heroes head will do. I was just curious as to how it would shape up with a Revoltech, which can sometimes amount to the same size of a deluxe TF.

I know what you mean, bro. On my WIP Jazz custom (that I'll NEVER have time to finish and I've worked on for a good 8 months or so), you can see that it even looks "slightly" large on that Prowl mold. I think you're doing a great job on that and the Robot Heroes head should be fine.
